Our administrative staff will answer your questions, take your health history and make your appointment. We need to speak to you personally.
If English is not your first language, we can arrange an interpreter for your intake. We will then book an interpreter for you, free of charge, when you come for your appointment.
It usually takes 10-15 minutes to book the appointment. Please be patient as our phone lines are often very busy. Monday is the busiest day of the week for the phone lines. Please have your BC Care Card number ready, if you have one.
